Links each outlet to its site (by Site ID) and its DSE; idempotent. (.xlsx / .xls / .xlsb / .csv)
Coordinates. Upload a file (.xlsx, .xlsb or .csv)
with a Site ID (or Outlet Code) column plus latitude and longitude columns.
Vanguard matches on the ID and fills in each site's coordinates so it appears on the maps.
Column names are auto-detected (Site ID / latitude / longitude / lat / long / lng …).
